In Gulliver's Travels, the protagonist is shipwrecked during his first voyage and washes ashore on Lilliput, an island filled with tiny inhabitants. While they act hospitable, the Lilliputians soon reveal themselves to be a people who put great emphasis on small and trivial matters. So does this festival.

Acts from a plethora of performing arts disciplines will get to put on a show of FOUR MINUTES maximum.
